Enjoying The Sustained Climbing On The Perrons Traverse

Enjoyable scrambling with several abseil descent pitches, the traverse is normally done in this direction, East to West and would have some harder pitches of climbing if done the other way around.

Marc Training For The Matterhorn & Enjoying The Brilliant Perrons Traverse

The car park by the Emosson dam provides a strategic and scenic starting point for this brilliant alpine traverse. Normally done East to West with a few abseils and pleasant return walk on the footpaths leading back to the Dam and cafe with great views of the Mont Blanc Massif North Faces!
