This is a long & sustained ski and the timing needs to be right in spring so that the snow is softened for the steeper upper pitches but not totally ruined by the base of the long descent all the way down to Chamonix. We skied this starting at C. 1100 in mid March in good spring conditions.

The Hotel Face, Brevent
East facing and offering lots of choice of lines, all pretty steep though! This is accessed from the top telecabine at Brevent. The lines on the hard skiers right of the face lead back to the mid station where as most of the rest of the face leads down to the Parsa or Cornu chairlifts.
